We have had our Geotrek Flatiron Summit for about two months, and it has already made getting outside so much easier. The design is simple, intuitive, and easy to use. We picked it up from the shop 100% ready for adventure, but the design still leaves plenty of room for customization. We have used it for weekend trips, concert festivals, and bike rides when having a comfortable place to rest, and a shower after a long ride or hike, makes all the difference! It is ready to go with very little planning or packing, just throw some food in the fridge, fill up the water tank, and go! The build quality, full-van warranty, and eagerness for feedback were major reasons we chose Geotrek. Their willingness to stand behind their product shows how much confidence they have in what they are building. They even showed us changes they have made based on customer feedback when we first visited the shop - they really listen! The community is another thing that sets Geotrek apart. The Twin Lakes meetup felt like adult summer camp, in the best way possible! We met a diverse group of people who share our love of the outdoors, and we are connecting with other owners for our own meetups and adventures. The customer success team is very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in feedback from customers. We Absolutely Love Our Geotrek Convoy! From the very beginning, our experience with Geotrek has been exceptional. The entire team was incredibly helpful throughout the process, offering guidance, answering our questions, and working with us to make sure our Geotrek Convoy was exactly what we wanted. After taking delivery at Geotrek's headquarters in Colorado, we had a wonderful trip home to Texas and could not have been happier with the way the Convoy handled and performed. My Experience of purchasing a Sprinter Camper Van.from Geotrec in Boulder Colorado was the best buying experience of a vehicle that I have ever had. I had investigated many different conversions businesses but as soon as I was greeted at the door, I knew this time was going to be fun. All of the people at Geotrec that I met were the most knowledgeable and helpful folks that I’ve ever encountered when making a purchase of that magnitude. They are very customer oriented and friendly as all of these folks loved the job they had. What impressed me most was the time they took to make sure that every aspect of my choices were understood by myself and they made me feel as though I was a part of a very special group. The customer”s satisfaction is what they strive for the most. In doing so they make me feel as though I was talking to someone who sincerely cared that they were doing everything so that I felt comfortable, and I felt that any question I had was either understood , and that at any time I was free to contact them directly and ask whatever I had questions about. We've had our Geotrek for over a year and it has brought us more happiness than we could have imagined! My husband and I are avid outdoorists and spent years adventuring out of our built out Tacoma. When we moved to the PNW and got flexible remote jobs, we realized we wanted to make the most of this chapter and invest in a rig that would allow us to work from the road and keep doing the things we love all year long. We went to an RV dealership to get a feel for what was out there, looked into used options, and ultimately found Geotrek which is when we realized we didn't have to sacrifice quality or aesthetic to make it financially viable for us. Because they are a dealership and a builder wrapped in one, we could figure out a financing plan that worked for us, bypass the build time by buying one of their awesome pre-built set ups, and get straight to logging miles and making memories in our new home on wheels. The systems are perfectly minimalist and effective (which means less that can go wrong) and everything is not only quality but beautiful. Plus you can't beat their all-star team and the customer service. They go above and beyond for their customer experience and it shines through in the community that has come together around their vans! We would choose Geotrek over again in a heartbeat and recommend them enthusiastically to anyone interested in a van!!

Nearly six months after we purchased our Geotrek van, the customer care team continues to check in regularly and see how the van is performing as well as sharing news and information about planned community events! We encountered a few minor issues on delivery but everything has been great since...I love my Geotrek....smooth, comfortable and practical.

Geotrek is awesome - their build quality may not be as modular or luxurious as some competitors, but they are far and away the best value you'll find anywhere. The people are responsive and pleasant to work with, and were impressively patient with our many (sometimes repetitive) questions and changes of direction. Geotrek's service department has also been great - always responding timely to the few nits and nats that have arisen post-delivery.

I looked long and hard at numerous different vans from ultra luxury to very basic before settling on Geotrek. What made me decide on Geotrek? It was a number of things in no particular order: Price - very competitive Layout - A simple, functional layout, that is well thought out, is very comfortable and has tons of storage for long trips, dry camping and toys, pets etc Customer service - from first contact to post sale, the team has been very responsive, communicates well, and is incredibly knowledgeable about their products. But what really pushed me over the edge was the facility visit. The space was organized, clean and well laid out, even though it was crowded. We saw builds in various stages of completion, and the attention to detail and quality was phenomenal. I spoke with some of their build team members while I watched them work, and they were enthusiastic about what they were doing. Everything fit together well. The plumbing and wiring was neat and well assembled- I could go on. We arrived for the tour still planning on further exploration, but walked out with a signed contract. Handover was very informative and detailed, and the manual they provided has everything you need to live in the van. We drove home without a single rattle or squeak and loaded up our kit and headed out for a weekend shakedown cruise. Again, everything just worked. Tested aircon, fan, electrics, plumbing and everything worked out the box. And I had the best sleeps I have ever had on a camping trip. I love the fact that they make improvements based on customer feedback. It has made for a very functional and effective layout. What can be better than waking up in the wilds, making a cappuccino and sitting watching the sun rise over the mountains???

Where to begin — the Geotrek van is more than just a van. It's a platform for whatever you want it to be. It opens up limitless possibilities for where you can go, what adventures you can have, and the ways in which you can experience the world. The build quality is exceptional. I've genuinely tried to be rough with it, and I still haven't managed to break much of anything. The team at Geotrek is wonderful — easy to work with, knowledgeable, and quick to help whenever I've needed them. Not that I'd ever need two vans (cough, cough) — but if I ever did, my second would absolutely come from Geotrek.
